Today, the newly built 45 million Surallah Integrated Public Terminal was built along the National Highway in the vicinity of Surallah.

Unveiled last March 15, 2011, its towering, obelisk-like, central masterpiece of a 2-string lute points straight to heaven, silhoutted by the blue sky at more than 60 meters above the ground.
Around the bohung, gigantic figures of different mindanao tribes smile so rfeastically that their contagious blissful mood affect the viewers on the same manner. The core of the landmark was highlightened by a huge, endemic bulb plant bohung that declares the timbre of the municipality.
Admiring and Simply Amazing... This is how I found Surallah for the most of the times when I see this Proof of Progress an Legacy as I am going and leaving the school. I always notice people, both children and adults in this place taking their pictures with smiling faces...Ive been also had taken there pictures of my classmates but I regret the time I was not able to take my picture with the Landmark of Surallah.
On our way to Lake Sebu, municipality of South Cotabato, we stopped by at the Surallah round ball as we waited for one of our office mate. Then when I looked around I was amazed of the life-size sculptures at the round ball, which was located at the heart of the municipality. The sculpture depicts the majority races and culture of the town, which were the Christians, Lumads and Muslims. The center of the sculpture stands the symbols of the town which was the corn husk. There's also a dome shape "kulintang" or "gong", a women dancing using the "abaniko" or folding fan, a women dancing with "malong" or "tube skirt", a couple dancing and playing gong at the top of the mini-falls, an ethnic tribe playing kudyapi and other traditional musical instruments.
This wonderful work of arts was a product of imagination of the Philippines renowned sculpture Kublai Ponce Millan.

Together with their strum of Success, the Surallah Rondalla with 21 students will be competing the National Music Competitions for Young Artists(NAMCYA) this coming November 22-28, 2011, where they got 4th place out of Six prestige spots.
